Open Market
A marketplace with no central database. Listings live in each seller's own Bluesky data server as AT Protocol records. Ships a feed generator so new listings surface inside Bluesky.

kut.social
A retro social network on the AT Protocol: communities, forums and friends in the visual language of the social web around 2004. Your profile, your communities and every post are records in your own repository.

Migro
A WordPress plugin that pushes individual posts and pages between staging and production, in either direction, without cloning the whole site. Sync keys keep repeat deployments clean and every overwrite is backed up.

Kia Vehicle Card
A Home Assistant card for Kia and Hyundai vehicles. Fuel, range, doors, tire pressure, service countdown and remote lock, climate and location in one panel. Installable through HACS.

The studio behind all of it. Web builds, fixes and platform work for businesses on Long Island and beyond.

Agencies, e-commerce and enterprise, in-house and offshore teams.
Senior Director of Development Operations
Directed web development for a digital marketing agency with more than twenty enterprise accounts, leading a team of five. Owned the agency's AI initiative: an internal LLM server, n8n automation workflows and Figma MCP for design-to-code handoff. Architected a media-buy integration projected to save the media team twenty hours a week.
Assistant IT Director
Ran infrastructure and systems for a labor union serving forty staff and thousands of members. Zero unplanned downtime across the Linux servers, an active cyber attack detected and contained before any data or operational impact, and a migration from the legacy Novus system to Lumm Sidekick. SAML single sign-on, VPN, Jamf and email authentication along the way.
Director of Technology Services
Managed and mentored the web development team delivering for Fitbit, American Airlines, Liberty Mutual, Loews Hotels and Lacoste. Partnered with the data team to overhaul a legacy data pipeline, cutting a thirty-hour run to thirty minutes. Standardized analytics across thirty client sites and made Git the source control standard.
Technical Lead
Led four developers plus offshore resources through a redesign of envelopes.com in four months. Migrated the store from Apache OFBiz to Magento and directed Dell Boomi integrations connecting it to NetSuite, Amazon Marketplace, Staples and Office Depot.
Technical Lead, Web Development
Built and shipped the sites for Circle Line Sightseeing and New York Water Taxi on React, Node.js, AWS and Contentful. Managed offshore web and mobile teams, moved payments to FreedomPay, automated deployments with ECS and CodePipeline, and brought in Agile practices and ADA compliance.
Senior Developer
Worked on a Salesforce server migration with Boomi, wrote the supporting PHP tooling and maintained the Drupal site.
Senior Web Application Developer
Custom front-end and back-end work and APIs for enterprise clients at one of the best known web design agencies.
Team Leader, Senior Web Application Developer
Directed the front-end and back-end team building web and mobile applications for the North American market in PHP and JavaScript. Ran design reviews, code reviews and bug triage, and mentored junior developers.
Day to day I work in PHP (WordPress, Laravel, Drupal, Magento), JavaScript and TypeScript with React and Node.js, and AWS. I am comfortable with the unglamorous parts: CI/CD, SSO, security incidents and database migrations. Bachelor of Computer Science from Centro de Ensino Superior de Juiz de Fora, Brazil. From 2023 to 2025 I was also Director of Technology for the Western Garden City Property Owners Association. English and Portuguese, some Italian and Spanish.
